About the Company:

We are delighted to be partnering with a reputable manufacturing business to provide them with an excellent standalone Payroll Officer. This is a permanent opportunity, perfect for experience payroll professionals based in the South East.  

About the Role:

• End to end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant awards and EBAs
• Onboarding new employees, processing terminations and ensuring all payroll data is accurate
• Dealing with stakeholders at various levels
• Payroll reporting as required
• Process timesheets ensuring all data is correct

Skills and Experience 

• Previous payroll experience in a similar end to end role is essential
• Experience as a standalone payroll officer managing medium employee volumes
• Strong technical knowledge of Payroll and ERP systems
• An in depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes across multiple states
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently.
