Seeking an office based Senior Customer Service Executive to join my client on a permanent basis, on the outskirts of Burgess Hill (Own transport essential).
You will be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll play a crucial role in managing customer repairs from receipt to outgoing, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
You’ll be proactive and customer-focused, handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same!

Role: Senior Customer Service Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
Contract: Monday – Friday – 9am-5:30pm
Location: Outskirts of Burgess Hill, West Sussex. 100% office based.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
- Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
- Prepare and provide quotations, generate final paperwork, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.
Education and Experience:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
- Fluent in oral and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.
- Proactive in identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
- GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Must already hold unrestricted rights to live & work in the UK. No sponsorships can be provided.
