Solutions Consultant - Public Service (BBBH16221) England

Salary: GBP70000 - GBP85000 per annum

Our client has an opportunity for a Solutions Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. You will be a key member in building propositions and proposals in the team, and leading the development of compelling, innovative, cost-competitive, and repeatable propositions and proposals that focus on front and back-office capabilities, providing input and support to broader opportunities.

Role: Solutions Consultant (Public Services)
Location: Remote however may be required to travel to clients
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30pm
Salary: £70,000-£85,000 DoE

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for creating winning bid solutions, including cost estimation and articulation as well as ensuring alignment with business strategy and targets
  • Taking ownership of output quality and performance to support growth whilst meeting timescales and complete pricing and designs effectively
  • Work directly on customer opportunities, attend meetings and develop tailored responses to customers needs
  • Primarily drive net new external business for Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositions
  • Provide expertise to bids, ensuring high-quality input and overall proposal excellence
  • Drive innovation in customer approach and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build a comprehensive knowledgebase

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Digital BPS and a view of the broader Citizen Experience market.
  • Able to work AI and digital customer experience and enhance it from a legacy process
  • Have experience of contact centre services, centralised solutions, be able to shape the propositions across the market.

 

  • Customer/client experience is essential
  • Must be able to knit together full end to end IT/Operational/Workforce/recruitment/employee retention/ seasonal flex up to manage/Citizen experience
  • Proven track record in public service solutions and frameworks 
  • Extensive experience in delivering solutions and proposals in front and back-office services to address complex opportunities in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrable skills in understanding the needs of organisations and designing and delivering compelling solutions to address them.
  • Proven presales capability, leading the development of innovative and efficient responses which achieve demonstrable success.
  • Good understanding of technology trends and how they affect the business and customers.
  • Confident and personable with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and compellingly at all levels of an organisation through a variety of different methods (including verbal, written and presentation)
