Our client has an opportunity for a Logistics Operative to join them on a permanent basis. Your role will be to provide a reliable, accurate, and efficient logistics service that supports the Company's strategic goals, while ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.

Location: Goussainville
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: Discussed Upon Application
Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Every other Friday afternoon off
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Logistics – General Overview
- Verify accuracy of goods received against customer orders; inspect for damage and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ensure customer and contractual turnaround times (TATs) are met in line with QD-15-003.
- Adhere to company procedures as defined in the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
- Promote efficiency in Goods In and Despatch processes to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Resolve customer paperwork discrepancies through proactive communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Goods In
- Transport items promptly from Goods Into technical bays and return completed units for despatch.
- Book in and allocate items according to KPI standards (before 3pm: same-day booking; after 3pm: by 10am next day).
- Verify any airworthiness directives/service bulletins and record them in the Quantum system.
- Assist in creating Repair Orders for outsourced or non-repairable items.
- Ensure new parts are delivered to Stores on the same day.
Stores
- Confirm accuracy and condition of received goods.
- Supervise store operations to maintain efficiency and meet performance targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate booking in, picking, and movement of parts.
- Prioritise workload and clear "Await Parts" queues before 10:30am daily.
- Book items and salvaged parts into bonded stores within 24 hours.
- Monitor shelf-life data and ensure expired items are removed.
- Conduct and follow up on daily stock takes and variance reporting.
Despatch
- Maintain adequate packaging materials and report shortages.
- Meet carrier deadlines and despatch in accordance with company KPIs.
- Pack items according to IATA and ADR regulations, completing all necessary documentation.
- Ensure all outbound shipments have scanned supporting documentation.
- Support preparation of driver paperwork for the next working day.
Driving and Transport
- Deliver and collect goods securely and with care, using correct packaging and restraints.
- Conduct vehicle checks and maintenance, reporting defects promptly.
- Ensure all delivery vehicles carry required safety gear (e.g., high-vis jacket).
- Accurately complete and submit delivery and collection paperwork.
General Duties
- Consistently use appropriate PPE and uphold health and safety standards.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the FM
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business needs.
Requirements:
- Stores experience
- Goods in and Goods out experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to speak English and French - desirable
