Cost Controller

As a Cost Controller within the Revisions team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting management with financial and material insights derived from thorough analysis and reporting using BI tools, primarily sourced from SAP. In this position, you act as a vital link between Operations, Procurement, and Finance.

You will contribute to policy-making around long-term maintenance planning and support the development of strategic multi-year plans, feeding into budgeting and forecasting processes. A strong team of finance specialists will support you in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate Latest Estimates and Actuals for major technical maintenance projects.
• Prepare project budgets in collaboration with revision managers to support informed decision-making and secure necessary approvals.
• Offer both proactive and reactive advice to overhaul managers on improving processes, leveraging SAP structures, and developing performance dashboards to monitor maintenance quality.
• Develop detailed financial reports, planning documentation, and progress updates across sub-projects.
• Engage directly with project leads and managers as a reliable and insightful discussion partner.
• Be visibly present and hands-on during revision periods to build strong working relationships, laying the foundation for effective hybrid or remote collaboration later on.
