Our client is a global provider within the audiology industry, with a large network of customers and providers, ensuring they provide innovative solutions of hearing products.
About the opportunity
In your new inside sales role, you will work in a stand-alone position where you will connect with customers and match them with the most suitable provider with the audiology industry. You will be required to demonstrate an excellent communication style and empathy.
Duties
- Proactively make outbound calls to generate leads
- Follow up calls for general enquiries, appointment setting and post appointments
- Manage multiple communication channels including live chat and other potential online platforms
- Assist customer enquiries including booking appointments with partner companies
- To act as a liaison between the organisation and its partners
- Meet monthly KPI’s in adherence to the organisational target
Skills and Experience
- Experience in customer service and tele-sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills and familiar with learning new systems
- Service minded, proactive and demonstrate a high level of empathy
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Objection handling skills and experience generating leads desirable
