About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, this role acts as the primary commercial finance partner to Sales and Marketing, supporting strategic decision-making across revenue, margin and growth initiatives. The position blends strategic insight with hands-on delivery and will play a key role in shaping pricing, trade spend and investment decisions.Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to support commercial decision-making
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Providing insight into pricing, promotions and profitability by customer and channel
- Supporting new product and growth initiatives through financial modelling
- Managing and developing a small, high-performing finance team
Skills & Experience
- CA or CPA qualified with strong technical foundations
- Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering roles
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, retail or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of pricing, trade spend and margin management
- Ability to influence senior non-financial stakeholders and challenge constructively
