UX Designer –  Figma/ Web Design/User Insights/Prototyping/Agile -  Remote

Project: To join a leading Swiss client on projects within the Origination space we are seeking an experienced UX Designer (m,f,d) to focus on designing user-centered digital experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams. Tasks:

• Conduct and synthesize user research; create personas, user journeys, and actionable insights.
• Design information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Apply and enhance the design system; deliver developer-ready specifications and propose component improvements.
• Plan and execute usability tests; iterate based on evidence and maintain clear documentation of design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers on scope, handovers, and QA activities in an agile environment.
• Present and document design work, maintaining traceability from user needs through to implementation.
• Support and complement the Lead UX Designer; actively contribute to the internal UX design community and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in UX design, demonstrated through a strong end-to-end project portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, including layout, typography, accessibility, and usability.
• Proven experience in user research and usability testing, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience applying and improving design systems and component libraries.
• Confident working in agile environments with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or FigJam.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and proactive, able to manage multiple features simultaneously while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Experience within energy, trading, or financial services sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Mixpanel) or basic understanding of front-end technologies is an advantage.
