Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer (all) – Payments/Banking 80-100% - Zürich
Project: We are looking for an experience Business Analyst to join a mission-critical transformation project in Zürich. This high-stakes migration to a new platform will ensure stability and continuity for financial institutions and their customers, making your contribution central to a seamless transition.
Tasks:
 
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
 - Review requirements for completeness and feasibility
 - Maintain clear and structured documentation
 - Support the Product Owner in developing and prioritizing user stories
 - Act as a link between product management and the development team, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with stakeholders
 
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years’ + experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst in complex IT projects
 - Strong background in payment systems or financial services, ideally with debit card processing exposure
 - Skilled in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
 - Experience with agile methodologies and user story definition
 - Excellent communication and coordination skills in cross-functional team
 
Languages:
 
- German – Fluent (written & Spoken)
