We are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a local contractor in Oxford. The successful candidate will have relevant experience of leading construction projects from beginning through to completion.

Our Client specialise in college & school refurbishments and new builds and the majority of work is completed in the Oxfordshire area.

Day to day duties will include:-

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project time lines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth work flow.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, challenges, and achievements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, work completed, and incidents.
