HC Waste Industry Driver

Labourpower Recruitment Services is currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused HC Licensed Driver to join our growing team in the Waste Industry for a position based in Bathurst.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate waste transport vehicles including Hook Lift, Liquid Tanker, and Truck & Dog
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle checks and report any defects
• Collect and transport waste and recycling from commercial and residential sites
• Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies and WHS standards
• Provide professional and friendly service to clients and the public

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HC (Heavy Combination) Licence
• Experience operating Hook Lift, Liquid Tanker, and Truck & Dog
• Current RTA Driver Printout
• Ability to obtain a Police Check (required for successful candidates)
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety and road regulations
• Solid work ethic and positive attitude
• Previous waste, recycling, or logistics experience highly regarded (full training provided)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment fitness and drug test
