Labourpower Recruitment Services is seeking x2 Experienced Machine Operators to join our production team. These roles are ideal for applicants with proven experience operating high-speed machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring efficient machine performance, maintaining product quality, and troubleshooting issues to minimise downtime.

 This role will commence as causal and depending on performance will have the opportunity of permanency

Shift : Monday – Friday 7am-3pm

 Daily duties will include but are not limited to –

• Operate and monitor high-speed production machines safely and efficiently
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to production requirements
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to reduce downtime
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams

To be suitable for this role you will need to meet with following criteria-

• Proven experience operating high-speed manufacturing or production machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production specifications
• Experience performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as required
• own car and licence - Lack of public transport to this area.
