Labourpower Recruitment Services is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Production Worker for ongoing shifts with our valued food production client based in Cowra.

This role offers an immediate start and is primarily Day Shift, however flexibility is required as there may be requests to work Night Shift when needed.

Key duties include:
• Manual handling of products up to 25kg on a repetitive basis
• Bagging and boxing of finished goods
• Labelling and shrink wrapping
• Palletising products for dispatch
• Completing general receivable and dispatch documentation

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A current LF forklift licence (minimum 6 months experience preferred)
• The ability to safely lift 15–25kg of product regularly
• Strong literacy skills to read and follow production orders
• The ability to work both independently and within a small team
• A focus on meeting daily production targets
• A solid understanding of workplace health and safety in a warehouse/production environment
• Availability to work Day Shift with flexibility for Night Shift as required
