The Ideal Candidate:

As the Clinical Care Manager at this 60-bed high-care facility, including a specialised memory support unit, you will lead the clinical team to provide top-quality, resident-centered care. Working closely with the DOC, you’ll manage day-to-day clinical operations, mentor the nursing team, and ensure compliance with aged care standards. Your role is instrumental in shaping and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in aged care.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 5 years of aged care experience, preferably in residential settings.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proactive approach to continuous quality improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Comprehensive understanding of accreditation standards and aged care legislation.

• Sound practical working knowledge of An ACC and its application.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in gerontology or a related field.
