The Role:
As a Registered Nurse – Night Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care aligned with national best practice standards. You will lead and mentor a team, oversee clinical care, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care
- Lead, mentor, and support Enrolled Nurses and Carers

- Manage and update care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Drive quality improvement and maintain accreditation standards
- Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and resident well-being
- Support staff development through training and mentorship
- Oversee safe medication administration and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to risk management, workplace safety, and emergency procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to providing holistic, person-centered care
