Due to continued growth, my client an Award Winning Law Firm based in Leeds are looking to recruit Qualified Residential Conveyancers.
You will be required to deal with all Residential Sales & Purchases from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with Clients in a professional manner either on the telephone or face to face
- Carrying out investigation of title .
- Producing property reports.
- Dealing with cases from start to finish.
- Capable of dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, new build work, all aspects of freehold and leasehold properties .
To be considered for this role you need to be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE.
