Job Description:

Providing support in the logistics team to various client and ODE operated assets. The role involves ensuring people, equipment and suppliers are in the right place, at the right time with all the required resources in place as well as providing support to air and marine logistics and integrated planning. The role will involve working closely with ODE focal points, integrated planners, logistics and supply chain, 3rd party vendors and operations engineers. The role will involve the day-to-day use of Vantage, ATS and KoreAdvantage as well as occasional use and general knowledge of APIPro for maintenance and spares.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Organisation and Resources

  • Contribute to all offshore resourcing requirements including locating and scheduling of resources
  • Responsible for the update and daily accuracy of ATS (Attendance Tracking System)
  • Liaison with vendors for all assets from initial requisition to final closeout
  • Responsible for the issue of weekly vendor activity trackers
  • Responsible for assuring the competence and validity of certification of all offshore vendors
  • Supporting with booking of people onto helicopters and providing check-in information
  • Assist in the development and issue of workpacks in relation to vendor activities
  • Responsible for the receipt review and management of vendor reports
  • Weekly support to Operations Cost/Planning Engineer with the issue of weekly/monthly cost reports, invoice preparation etc

  • Develop a good understanding of Air and Marine logistics, walk-to-work methods and marine vessel auditing

  • Basic understanding of technical drawings, isometrics or P&IDs

  • Flexible to travel in UK and working away from base office
  • Full and valid driving licence

Qualifications:

ONC, NVQ or BTEC 3 or equivalent preferred in a relevant subject (Engineering or Operations)
