I am currently representing several prestigious UK Management Consultancies, in the search for talented Consultants to join their growing advisories.
The successful candidate would support our team of UK and EU market and regulatory specialists in advising regulators and network companies on economic regulatory aspects. The roles are for Senior or Managing Consultants. The ideal profile of the successful candidate should include the following:
- University (Master) degree in economics, accounting or finance;
- A minimum of 7 years experience in the UK and/or Western European gas, electricity, or water sectors with a focus on economic regulatory issues (price reviews, regulatory finance, incentive mechanisms, etc);
- Regulatory finance expertise demonstrated through previous practical professional experience in issues related to cost of capital, tariff setting and/or allowed revenues;
- Prior employment with a regulator and/or network company would be considered an advantage;
- Experience in managing and overseeing projects considered an advantage;
