ABOUT THE COMPANY

TwoScots are partnering with a well-established, multi-site retail business based in Melbourne's CBD. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the business is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Administrator to join its finance team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and working closely with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Manage bank, cash and EFTPOS reconciliations across multiple accounts and retail locations

• Investigate cash variances, resolve discrepancies and identify recurring reconciliation issues

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journals and cash variance reporting

• Process payment runs and assist with revenue transactions and reconciliation queries

• Work closely with finance and operational teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve processes

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance administration, cash reconciliation or similar role

• Experience in a high-volume, multi-site retail or transactional environment

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of financial data

• Understanding of POS systems, bank reconciliations and multiple payment methods

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
