TwoScots are partnering with a well‑established and respected organisation to recruit an Office Administrator / Finance Officer on a full‑time, permanent basis.

Based fully in the office, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to take their first step into accounting and finance, while gaining exposure across office operations and accounts support.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including office supplies, equipment, and maintaining a tidy and functional workspace
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement of office services and supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with the end-to-end setup of new vendor and debtor accounts
  • Process high-volume invoices and claims with a high level of accuracy
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers, ensuring accounts are current, cleared, and correctly offset

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant administrative, accounts, or finance experience highly regarded (graduates or early-career candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and develop a career within accounting and finance
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
