Accounts Payable Officer
Salary: Up to $80K + Super
Hours: 8am - 5pm, full time in the office 
Location: Sunshine West, free parking

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This will be an end-to-end Accounts Payable role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• High volume processing of supplier invoices

• Accurate management and archiving of financial documents

• Assist with creating and updating supplier records

• Liaise effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

• Ensure all charges are processed in a timely manner

• Perform supplier reconciliations

• Payment runs

• Bank reconciliations

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working with high volumes and tight deadlines

• Experience with accounting softwares
