We’re currently partnering with a growing and supportive organisation within the financial services space, seeking two Credit Risk professionals to join their team in Chadstone. These opportunities suit candidates across different experience levels, from strong administrators through to more experienced credit and risk specialists.

The Opportunities

  1. Credit Administrator – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration and customer interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Performing administrative and data entry tasks
  • Supporting the broader credit team
  • Speaking with customers to gather information and assist with account queries

You’ll be supported with training and development, making this a great opportunity to grow your career within credit.

Salary: Up to $80,000 + Super (pro rata for contract duration)


  1. Credit Risk & Recoveries Specialist – Permanent Role
    This is a more advanced role, focused on risk assessment, recoveries, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing risk and recovery processes across a portfolio
  • Reviewing customer financials (balance sheets and profit and loss statements)
  • Assessing what good looks like in terms of customer financial health
  • Engaging with customers to understand their situation and work towards practical solutions
  • Liaising with insolvency practitioners, including liquidators
  • Handling customer conversations with a professional, solutions-focused approach

You’ll be working closely with leadership to take ownership of key tasks, so the ability to learn quickly and work with limited training, with guidance along the way, is important.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in credit and collections
  • Confidence in picking up the phone and engaging with customers
  • Experience reviewing financial statements
  • A practical, cooperative approach to resolving accounts (this is not a debt collection-style role)
  • Exposure to insolvency processes is highly regarded

Salary: Up to $90,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
