Senior Credit Officer
Salary: $75K – $83K + super
Location: Mount Waverley, 1 day WFH, Free parking on site

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Credit Officer, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of the Credit function, owning the end-to-end credit process from invoicing through to collections and reconciliations. You’ll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate, timely results while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing your own customer portfolio across multiple ERP systems

• Conducting high-volume outbound collection calls and proactively following up overdue accounts

• Resolving customer queries efficiently and completing reconciliations accurately

• Partnering with customers to support them in meeting agreed trading terms

• Actively reducing aged debt and contributing to a healthy cash flow position

• Building strong, proactive relationships with internal teams and external customers

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years experience managing a large portfolio in a high-volume environment

• Trade credit experience is highly advantageous

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working across multiple ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs)

• High attention to detail with excellent time management skills

• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a customer-first mindset
