About the opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, this market leading company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southern States to lead a team to promote a portfolio of surgical and infection prevention products.
Responsibilities
- Reporting into the National Sales Manager, as the Regional Sales manager you shall be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers across VIC, TAS, SA, WA.
- Lead the sales team to ensure the business plan is executed, including building a solid KOL network.
- Coach, develop, support, and inspire the team infield and interacting with customers.
- Be responsible for accelerating growth and be infield on your own defined territory.
- Build strong and maintain relationships with clinicians, providing clinical education and communication when required.
- Be flexible and able to travel.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive public and private hospital experience
- Consumable sales experience
- Experienced team leader, with ability to build sales team effectiveness and capability
