Our client has established themselves at the forefront of their field and are a global leader in speciality pharmaceuticals. They currently have a new opportunity for an Account Specialist to join their Neuroscience team.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, as the Account Specialist, you will be joining the neuroscience team and cover the VIC East + TAS territory.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products to Neurologists on your territory
- Develop & maintain excellent knowledge of disease area, products, competitors, and market developments in the relevant disease state area
- Develop detailed territory business plans, based on territory analysis to meet objectives within the geographical area
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within a timely manner
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of sales results in a pharmaceutical hospital sales position
- Experience calling on Neurologists
- Be able to provide excellent account management
- Dynamic, self-motivated and solutions focused who is resilient and enthusiastic
