Our client has established themselves at the forefront of their field and are a global leader in speciality pharmaceuticals. They currently have an opportunity for an Account Specialist to join their Dermatology team.  


About the opportunity

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, as the Account Specialist, you will promote a Dermatology portfolio, and cover the VIC West territory on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by promoting products to specialists on territory
  • Develop & maintain excellent knowledge of disease area, products, competitors, and market developments in the relevant disease state area
  • Develop detailed territory business plans, based on territory analysis to meet objectives within the geographical area
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within a timely manner

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of sales results in a pharmaceutical sales position
  • Be able to provide excellent account management
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and solutions focused
  • Resilient and enthusiastic

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications highly desirable in the areas of Sciences or Business
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience; GP Sales, Hybrid Sales, or Hospital Sales
  • An innovative thinker, and be able to think outside the box
