I’m recruiting for an Manual Tester to join an exciting scale-up (recently backed by £275 million!) that is on a mission to serve an underserved area of society making their customers lives more ahhhh through a human-centric approach to lending…

Built on the belief that high-street options are simply not good enough, they’re determined to change the market to support customers who are often failed by traditional banks.

They have ambitious plans to release new products to better serve their customers. As an Automation Tester you will be responsible for the continuous quality of their platform and another products API. You will assist in driving the company’s vision and change and supporting a very underserved segment in its marketplace.

The role

As a Manual Tester, you will test features with a skilled and passionate approach. You will be responsible for the continuous quality of the business' key core platform and API. You will be an instrumental part of a brand-new in-house development team, joining a test team of 2 and you will have a wide range of responsibilities. You will have great attention to detail and passion for the industry!

You will join them on their mission as they come to the end of a highly successful initial launch period – where they are now on a mission to expand and grow their products at a rapid pace! QA will be central to this process. As well as testing features you will create and update test cases that will be used in future regression testing. You will assist with the estimation from a testing approach on feature work and assist with advising on improving test processes. Any experience of BDD will be beneficial but not essential.

This is an exciting role, where you will get the opportunity to make an impact and put your stamp on things from day 1.
