QA Tester (Manual / AGILE) – BRISTOL/Remote - up to £40,000

The Role

A key client of mine in the Heart of Bristol are looking for a passionate and friendly QA Tester (Manual testing/AGILE) to join a small testing team of 3. 

As a QA Tester (Manual testing/AGILE), you will be working closely with developers and other testers in the team in an AGILE environment to test their product which is an enterprise-scale cloud-based web application. The role will mainly involve manual testing, but they do run some automation tests using Codeception on the UI side which you will have the opportunity to get involved in. Someone who has exposure to automation would be great, or someone with an aptitude to learn!

You will be a self-starter- you will have experience in managing your own workload but be empowered to get the job done yourself with expert advice from the talented team if needs be. You should have demonstratable experience of your ability to carry out heavy duty web testing, as well as work with the detail of a complex, exciting web application. Ideally, you will have a proactive nature in order to work through a problem and find issues.

Role Requirements:

• Be proactive with your testing.
• Carry out manual testing / web testing methods.
• Experience with testing large web applications
• Be a self-starter.
• Work with clients to provide transparency and install confidence in our QA capabilities.
