Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Aintree
We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy fast-paced food manufacturing and production environment based in Aintree. If you enjoy working in a dynamic warehouse supporting production lines and meeting daily targets, we want to hear from you.
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm (40 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: 15:00 – 00:00
Pay: Weekly Pay
Key Responsibilities

Support the smooth running of a fast-paced production and packing line.

Palletise finished products from the production line ready for storage or distribution.

Load and unload deliveries efficiently while maintaining accurate stock control.

Supply packaging materials and stock to busy production lines to ensure continuous workflow.

Assist with packing, labelling, and order preparation for dispatch.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with food safety and health & safety regulations.

Support stock rotation, waste reduction, and efficient product handling.

Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and delivery drivers.

Carry out general warehouse duties to support daily operations.
Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse, food production, or manufacturing environment.

Experience working on or around production or packing lines is desirable.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Additional Requirements

Due to company policy within the food manufacturing environment, all successful candidates must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test prior to starting employment.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting.
- A valid FLT, Reach Truck, and Counterbalance licence is essential.
