Part-Time Accounts Admin Assistant (Temporary ongoing)

 

Location: Bootle, Liverpool

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Salary: £12.50ph

 

We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Accounts Admin Assistant to support finance and administrative functions within a friendly and well-organised team based in Bootle.

This is a temporary, ongoing role, ideal for someone looking for part-time hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update purchase order and sales invoice records
  • Respond to invoice and service queries from customers
  • Set up new customer accounts and invoice templates on Sage
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly payroll data
  • Maintain records of staff holidays
  • Monitor and check bank accounts
  • Manage the accounts email inbox and respond to queries when required
  • Record and reconcile petty cash and receipts

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in accounts or administrative support
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is desirable
  • Excel and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
