Part-Time Accounts Admin Assistant (Temporary ongoing)
Location: Bootle, Liverpool
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: £12.50ph
We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Accounts Admin Assistant to support finance and administrative functions within a friendly and well-organised team based in Bootle.
This is a temporary, ongoing role, ideal for someone looking for part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update purchase order and sales invoice records
- Respond to invoice and service queries from customers
- Set up new customer accounts and invoice templates on Sage
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly payroll data
- Maintain records of staff holidays
- Monitor and check bank accounts
- Manage the accounts email inbox and respond to queries when required
- Record and reconcile petty cash and receipts
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts or administrative support
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excel and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
