We’re looking for an experienced FLT Driver to join our busy warehouse in Aintree. You’ll be working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are essential. You’ll play a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly, from unloading deliveries and managing stock to preparing orders for dispatch. This is a hands-on position that requires focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with the wider warehouse team to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate FLT (Counterbalance) truck to load and unload goods.
• Support daily logistics tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Palletise products for distribution and handle stock efficiently.
• Comply with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Keep work areas tidy and reduce waste wherever possible.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including order picking and packing.
• Communicate professionally with delivery drivers and customers.
• Troubleshoot and ensure accurate stock management.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting.
• A valid FLT, Counterbalance licence is essential.
• Ability to stay focused under pressure while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
