Our long established, manufacturing client located in Daventry, are currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Coordinator.

 

Customer Service Coordinator job role:

To provide sales and administrative support for all our clients products and sales office processes.

Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for Sales support for both UK & Export customer enquiries/ orders for specified suppliers, plus support for other accounts / products.
  • Provide general sales support for customer enquiries / orders for all other products.
  • Provide sales / administrative support for field sales force.
  • Be responsible for review of stock demand reports and monitoring stock levels for specified main accounts, plus support for other accounts / products.
  • Be responsible for progressing products from specific suppliers and updating delivery information on to the Datafile system.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all special purchase prices from suppliers for designated products are updated on the system.
  • Provide the management team with updates on supplier performance.
  • Provide first line support for specific product groups in the absence of the relevant Coordinators

Customer Service Coordinator requirements:

  • Demonstrate solid customer service abilities in all facets of customer services and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written abilities, as well as excellent listening and feedback skills.
  • Fully conversant with IT systems
  • Numerate and literate, with the ability to create strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and take decisions within own level of authority.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work within a small team.
