Responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle for key accounts, ensuring that client’s work is
completed on time, to budget and in line with client’s own key performance indicators. Based locally to one of our 3 offices, with some travel to sites and other offices as required.
This position works normal office hours, however, there may be a need for occasional after hours and
weekend work.
Main Responsibilities:
• Complete management of contracts including supply, delivery, and installation
• Management of labour and contractors throughout the UK including sourcing, contracting,
and maintaining links
• Ensure suitably skilled and experienced operatives are allocated to projects appropriately,
referring to the skills matrix
• Ensure that operatives allocated to specific site work have appropriate Health and Safety
training, referring to the training matrix
• Working within construction industry guidelines and fulfilling requirements to ensure
safety is paramount
• Ensure that operatives allocated specific site work have all the necessary information,
instructions, and procedures to carry out the work in line with customer and Cennox
standards
• Contract and document preparation including, but not limited to:
I. Risk assessments and method statements
II. Bespoke record keeping systems
III. Supplier orders
IV. Review of policy documentation
V. Preparation of survey data review, POWs and cutting sheets
VI. Prepare estimates to agreed schedule of rates (if applicable)
• Financial control and management of projects
• Working within customer specific SLA targets
• Prepare and update as necessary processes, procedures and work instructions for specific
clients and projects
• Client presentations and attendance at site review meetings
• Identifying and resolving installation issues
• Responsible for Health and Safety of managed sites
• Liaise with the Electrical Qualifying Manager to ensure that all work is carried out to the
correct Electrical standards, with tests and documentation completed correctly
• To liaise with the Technical Manager to ensure that security installations are carried out to
the current company’s standards
• Proactively develop and provide overall management to onsite operatives
• Raising any site or office support resource issues to the correct lead
• Monitor current processes and procedures and create strategies to improve them when
you see opportunities to do so
• Reporting on staff performance internally to line management, looking at training needs
for future works
Key Performance Indicators:
• In general, installations are scheduled and completed to achieve financial efficiencies
whilst ensuring standard of work and staff wellbeing
• Client’s satisfaction in line with client’s KPIs/expectations remain high priority at all times
and achieved to agreed targets
• Ensure working systems and processes remain the most efficient for ongoing productivity
(Productivity analysis and reporting will need to be completed)
• Ensure all work carried out by the company is of a high standard, and to client and Cennox
specifications
• Maintain positive and good staff morale, addressing any issues immediately that may
cause upset
• Ensure work is carried out safely with all necessary documentation in place to comply with
current legislation, CDM and company policy
• Work is conducted in line with the company’s vision and values and the work ethic is
promoted to all members of the Operations/Projects team
Person Specification:
Essential
• Qualifications and experience in Project Management
• Experience of managing site operations, including people resources and sub-contractors
• Knowledge of ATMs project management, Financial Banking industry and/or security
industries
• Experience of looking after budgets, customer satisfaction and implementing systems and
processes for the operations of a company
• Excellent communication skills, reflected in client feedback
• Strong experience of using Microsoft Office products i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experienced in resource scheduling and planning
Desirable:
• General building and construction knowledge
• Experience of managing and implementing Health and Safety on site
• Any qualifications in Health and Safety and the building industry
• Full UK Driving Licence
