The Talent:

• Looking for candidates that have at least 3-5 years of experience in physical security industry or equivalent (military, law enforcement)
• At least a Diploma / bachelor’s Degree certificate
• Ability to pass background verification
• Depth and breadth of understanding of security design and security risk management and the dynamics of a security operations center

Job Description:

• Involve working on various security-led projects providing support to internal customers by mitigating their security risks with innovative, efficient and effective security designs.
• Contribute to the operations of Global Physical Security that supports the Corporate business goals.

Task Management

• Personnel Security (Travel, Event, Close Protection, Kidnap Preparedness, and Workplace Violence)
• Conduct physical building security risk assessments, surveys, and physical penetration testing.
• Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships; act in conjunction with key stakeholders.
• To establish effective liaison with the Police Authorities, Fire Department and other Law

Enforcement Agencies

• Policy & Procedures design and implementation
• Maintain a site-by-site overview of existing conditions, contact data, and location specific information.

Physical Security Countermeasures

• Monitoring of CCTVS and Reviewing of CCTV footages for investigations of cases of incidents
• Plans and coordinates security, badging services, and related functions to include the implementation and supervision of programs to ensure compliance within all the facilities
• Ensure the effective deployment of security personnel
• Manage contract security services (Guarding/Watchman), to include the development/implementation of Building Security Operations Manual at all sites.
• Check on attributes of Security personal (Smart attire, neat hair, punctuality)
• Responsible to all management in all aspects of safety and security including the supervision, dissemination and implementation, control and discipline of all security personnel assigned in the establishment.
