You are responsible to perform Preventive / Corrective and Overhaul Maintenance of Equipment, Perform fault attendance, fault diagnosis tests, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide efficient after-sales technical services, trouble-shooting, maintenance and Installation on company's range of home kitchen products at various customers location island-wide
• Trouble-shoot mechanical and electrical problems and take corrective measures to resolve issues
• Keep sufficient stock levels of maintenance parts in personal vehicle
• Conduct basic user-training to customers
• Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers
• Work as a team with internal and external co-workers

Job Requirement

• Min Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Experience in servicing home appliances will be an advantage
• Possess Class 3 Driving license is a must
• On Job training will be provided
• Physically fit, able to climb staircases and ladders, and stand for sufficient duration (4 hours) to accomplish the
  required fault assessment or inspection works.
• Lift tools and equipment of up to 5kg
