About the role:

• Manage customer orders and queries
• Manage all quotes and liaise sales managers to ensure these are correct
• Up selling promotions and products
• Follow up warm leads
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer needs and selecting and explaining the best solution

About you:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or phone based role
• Strong understanding in Sales force 
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Team player with the confidence to work autonomously
• Quick learner with ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
