An amazing opportunity to work with a boutique business advisory and accounting practice in the heart of Mornington! Due to company growth they are now looking for an experienced Client Experience Administrator.

About the Role:
As the Client Experience Administrator, you will support the team with both office administration duties and PA duties.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced administrator who has exposure to ASIC and the ATO. Your day to day will consist of varied tasks, including the following.
- Team Support including assisting with workflow tasks, drafting documents and compiling information
- Maintaining client records through Xero Practice Manager
- Booking client meetings and following up requests
- Liaising with ASIC & ATO including actioning documents
Skills and Experience
- Previous Accounting Practice experience preferred
- Experience with Xero Practice Manager ideal
- Experience with Xero & CAS360 desirable
- Proven multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer, written and verbal skills
