Administration Assistant | Finance Industry (BBBH8051) Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Australia

Salary: AUD70000 - AUD80000 per annum + + Super + free onsite parking

An amazing opportunity to work with a boutique business advisory and accounting practice in the heart of Mornington! Due to company growth they are now looking for an experienced Client Experience Administrator.

About the Role:

As the Client Experience Administrator, you will support the team with both office administration duties and PA duties.

This is a fantastic role for an experienced administrator who has exposure to ASIC and the ATO. Your day to day will consist of varied tasks, including the following.

  • Team Support including assisting with workflow tasks, drafting documents and compiling information
  • Maintaining client records through Xero Practice Manager
  • Booking client meetings and following up requests
  • Liaising with ASIC & ATO including actioning documents

Skills and Experience

  • Previous Accounting Practice experience preferred
  • Experience with Xero Practice Manager ideal
  • Experience with Xero & CAS360 desirable
  • Proven multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong computer, written and verbal skills
