About the role

Working directly with the General Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Extensive Diary management.
• Being the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including screening calls and responding to enquires
• Management of contact information
• Administration support for the wider team
• Liaising with external contractors including facilities management, IT and other external suppliers. 
• Coordination and organisation of major internal events including managing the end to end process (tickets, transfers, flights) for stakeholders and guests of the office

Experience Required

• Previous experience working with a busy office supporting director level as PA or EA 
• Experience in a hospitality or function space and advantage! 
• Ability to multi task, forward planning and anticipating needs with solutions
• Can do attitude and ability to problem solve
