Overview: We are looking for a talented Freelance Creative Strategist to join our talent pool. You will be responsible for developing strategic insights and creative directions that bridge social-first and integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and significant ad agency experience, capable of crafting campaigns that live seamlessly across social media, digital, and traditional touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of creative strategies for social-first and fully integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and production teams to ensure strategic consistency and creative excellence from concept to final delivery.
  • Analyse audience behavior, platform insights, and market trends to inform both social and integrated campaign strategies.
  • Present creative strategies and campaign frameworks to clients and internal teams, demonstrating how they will achieve business goals and drive engagement.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and strategically aligned across all media.
  • Stay up to date with both social media and broader marketing trends, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to campaigns that span multiple platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist with a strong portfolio of social-first and integrated campaigns.
  • Solid ad agency background, with the ability to manage and strategise across multiple platforms—social, digital, print, and broadcast.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and how to integrate them effectively with more traditional channels.
  • Ability to commute to Central London for in-person meetings, presentations, and team collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of selling strategic ideas to both creative teams and clients.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to draw insights from data and use them to guide strategic decision-making.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working on multi-channel campaigns that span organic, paid, and earned media.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools, as well as broader campaign performance tracking.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and work efficiently within tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
