Working in Newport the Delivery Director will work across the whole of the operation to help streamline strategies, processes and delivery to the client. With regular client interactions you'll need to have significant experience of this in order to hit the ground running.

The overall purpose of the Delivery Director is to work with all areas of the business to ensure client objectives are being met, in the time frames promised, against the targets of the business.

A strong track record of delivery across multiple clients is required.
The role will involve working closely with the Leadership Team to pinpoint gaps in controls, and forward planning to ensure client requirements are met, and holding people within the business to account regarding delivery of time frames to clients. Working in an FCA regulated environment, The Delivery Director will have BPO expertise and a good understanding of the regulatory environment.

Working closely with the Director of Client Services and Client Account Directors, the Delivery Director will support the strategic direction of the business, focusing on delivering exceptional service to key clients and the end customer.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing at a senior level within a contact centre operation and a detailed understanding of the outsource/BPO industry.

Program and project management, process improvement, P&L management and an excellent working knowledge of FCA regulations will be needed to be successful in this role.

You will be based from the Newport office with a degree of flexible working included as well as  occasional travel to client sites.
