LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Supply chain Customer Service associate experienced in forecasting, order management and logistics with Cork based pharmaceutical company.


Role Summary:
Manage customer and supplier relationships, coordinate order processing, logistics, and replenishment to ensure smooth supply chain operations across multiple sites in Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
• Process orders and coordinate shipments per country requirements
• Manage sales forecasting and replenishment planning
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Support stock reconciliations and credit management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with supply chain/logistics experience
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)  IIPMM coures or sim
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Pharma manufacturing or GMP/GDP experience a plus#
• Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications such as IIPMM, IPICS, APICS, again with relevant experience as per outlined will be an advantage

As this is a contract opportunity you will need to hold a Stamp 1G with at least 14 months to expiry date or a Stamp 4 visa to apply!
