Remember playing lego and not being able to find that one part? You're the genius who finds the part! Assisting the Warehouse Manager you will provide excellent after sales support to customers and dealers to ensure spare parts and technical support is delivered on time.

You will provide superb customer service because you know our markets, products and valued users.

You will:

• Manage customer enquries/orders end to end
• Prioritise workload to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched 
• Provide technical knowledge and support to all
• Use your knowledge to make recommendations for service improvement
• Manage and process inwards goods
• Identify trends within inventory consumption and make recommendations for stock holding
• Ensure all stock transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
• Be professional and efficient when dealing with Trimax customers and suppliers

You will bring:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers and staff
• Sound understanding of parts drawings
• Sound numeric, computer (excel and word) and literacy skills
• Warehousing and dispatch experience
• Forklift Licence
• Can do attitude
