Intune Expert

Our client, a leader in sustainable maritime cargo and load handling is building a new Service Desk Team in Gdańsk. Therefore, we are looking for hands-on experienced Intune Expert to join internal IT Service Desk Team. In this role, you will ensure the efficient delivery and management of workstations for almost 2000 employees globally, focusing on performance, security, and availability. You'll drive innovation, enhance user experience, and provide exceptional technical support for complex issues. You would be collaborating with Onsite IT, Regional IT, Technical Specialists, Application Owners, and third-party suppliers and you'll play a key role in optimizing our Client’s End User Computing.



 

Responsibilities:

  • Owning, managing, and developing Intune environment. (2100+ computers).
  • Device lifecycle management.
  • Application packaging and development of the process (automation).
  • Defining our standard computer models & hardware catalog together with our OEM supplier.
  • Ensuring that documentation of our tools & technology is in place and maintained (knowledge management + CMDB).
  • Training our Service Desk on new developments in our EUS technology landscape.

 

 



Skills and experience that would help you succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree with IT, or a related field. Relevant work experience may compensate for lack of education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical IT technology roles.
  • Experience with Microsoft End Point Manager & Intune setup and management.
  • Experience with Nexthink is a plus.
  • Drive to innovate & automate processes.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITILV3/4, Microsoft Endpoint administration).
  • Fluent English.
  • An attitude to learn, as you must become an expert in the full system landscape and the integration of multiple applications/tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
