About

We are partnering with an innovative, fast-growing technology organisation seeking an experienced Scrum Master to help drive Agile delivery across high-performing teams. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping team ways of working, enabling collaboration, and supporting the delivery of impactful outcomes in a dynamic, modern environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Coach and mentor team members in Scrum principles and Agile best practices
• Identify and remove blockers and bottlenecks to ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals
• Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, transparency, and prioritisation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to broader delivery and operational needs as required

Experience

• Proven track record as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practices
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Confidence working across multidisciplinary teams and engaging with external stakeholders
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or similar) is highly regarded
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
