Duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Scanning of time sheets/invoices
• Vehicle relocation from various site in Newcastle
• Picking up supplies
• Ordering supplies
• Assisting supervisors who will coordinate jobs on the day
• Booking training 
• Updating skills training matrix 

Essential for this position:

• Sound computer skills, Microsoft package, Google 
• Can work independently once trained and within a team
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication skill
• Current drivers lic and vehicle
