THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Oral Health Therapist to locum within their regional NSW Public Health service, primarily based within a school based mobile dental van. The locum role is immediately available from Monday 15th June, for a minimum of 6 - 8 weeks or longer. This is an excellent opportunity to travel, gain valuable public health experience and support the oral health needs of regional school communities.

You will be based a 1 hour flight or 4 hour drive west of Sydney, within one of NSW's largest regional inland centres, offering great amenities, walking trails and a friendly community feel. Accommodation and return travel will be provided.

• Locum Oral Health Therapist role within a regional NSW Health school dental program
• Monday 15th June 2026 start date 
• Minimum 6 - 8 week locum placement, with option to extend
• Monday–Friday each week (40 hours)
• Provide oral health assessments, examinations, preventive care, fissure sealants, restorations and health promotion to school-aged children
• Work independently in a school dental van, with support from the wider Public Oral Health team

• $60 - $65 per hour + super based on experience
