The Job: Executive Assistant (Perm)

Working closely with Managing Directors and group of Expatriates:

• Provides full secretarial & administrative support to the MD
• Arrange for expense reimbursement and travel arrangement for the Executives / Expatriates
• Manage full spectrum of administrative & general services in the local office
• Executive Assistant duties include: secretarial support, travel arrangement, hotel bookings, VISA applications etc
• Responsible for all Expatriates' relocation matters and ensure compliance with company's expatriate policy and practices, which includes housing, child education matters
• Assist in organising company's events and welfare related activities

The Talent

• Strong attention to details, precise and meticulous; has a keen eye for detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (i.e. tactful)
• Good team player and has the confidence to run office operations with minimal supervision
• Reliable and discrete in handling confidential matters
• At least 5 years of experience will be an advantage
