FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER 3.5T DRIVER – NEWBURY

Our client is a Market Leader in the supply of Water coolers and Coffee machines, and we are recruiting on their behalf for a Field Service Engineer 3.5T Driver.

BENEFITS:
 £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday
 Temp to perm
 Weekly pay whilst on temp to perm
 08:30am – 17:00pm
 Free parking on site

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To be the face of our client as you will often be the first point of contact
 Seeking a first time fix wherever possible at customers sites
 Installing of plumbed and non-plumbed beverage machines, water coolers and filters
 Ensuring that installations are carried out to comply with guidelines
 Assist in solving customer problems over the phone or to determine if a service call out is required
 Assist and perform machine demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction
 Provide detailed paperwork relevant to repairs and servicing on equipment to customers and the office to enable the company to bill or clarify queries
 Must wear safety boots at all times
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
 Must hold a UK full valid driving licence
 Must be able to build customer relationships
 Must be willing to undergo a DBS check completed by our client
 Must be self-motivated
 Full training will be provided
