Castle Industrial and Construction are looking for a Production Operative for a agricultural business based in the Malton area.
The key responsibilities of the Production Operative role are;
- Producing High-Quality Agricultural feed products
- Both in bulk and small bespoke orders
- Accurately recording production data
- Operating bespoke IT systems
- Hands-on duties as the site requires
To be considered for the Production Operative role you will;
- Ideally have previous experience of working in a similar environment with an understanding of agriculture.
- Strong IT Skills
- Must have a hands-on approach to work
- Must have a flexible approach to work due to varied shift patterns
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to follow a recipe

- This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate
- Following a 2 shift rotating shift pattern including night shifts and afternoon shift
- No weekend work
- Annual Salary Circa £19,500
