You’ll be joining a dynamic and innovative team that specialises in manufacturing cutting-edge solutions for the energy and engineering sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support business expansion

• Manage budgets and deliver accurate financial forecasts

• Prepare financial statements and lead on audit processes

• Identify financial risks and drive cost-saving initiatives

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Provide commercial insight and engage with senior leadership and external partners

• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team

What We’re Looking For

• A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)

• Proven experience in finance management

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action

• Knowledge of financial compliance and risk management

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:30pm

• Friday: 8:00am–1:30pm

• 37.5 hours per week

• Closed on Bank Holidays & annual Christmas shutdown
